LIVING CENTERS

These will be residential centers where people purchase a plot of land with the responsibility of creating their own dwellings. The criteria is that the dwelling established as well as the rest of the community will be built from an environmentally conscious and energy self-sufficient viewpoint. The individuals involved will be given possible alternatives to choose which type of community they would like to create, from simple to elaborate. Organic crops will be grown to supply food for the community. Communal dining areas, entertainment areas, playgrounds for the children, high-tech business and telecommunications areas will all be a part of the community. Mini-stress reduction area could be created. Special mini-centers focused on seniors and children could be built. If desired, income-producing cottage industries can be designed to bring income into the community or to create products that can be used for barter with other centers.
