I was suffering from lower back pain that was severe enough to seek help. Baba Ito placed both hands, one on my lower abdomen and the other on my back. I immediately felt energy and heat penetrating the surface of the skin which then began to vibrate on a deeper level around the actual organ in pain - the kidney. In two days all pain was relieved from my body and did not return at all. Baba Ito used a method of 'hands on light healing' which proved to be effective in the situation of my infected kidneys.
